I can not thank the whole team at Rayments enough for helping me out today. I was completely out of options and left with a car I wasn't able to drive and backed into a corner by the garage I purchased it from. From the first phone call to Rayments, the lady on the phone was so empathetic and caring - I could tell she genuinely wanted to help. They were able to fit me in for a quick diagnostics and documentation within 20 minutes of the call. On arriving, the technicians were all incredibly friendly, and talked to me at length by giving advice and their own personal recommendations. I can honestly say I will use Rayments for all of my future MOT'S, services, and repairs. I went in very tearful, vulnerable, and scared, but left reassured, advised, and very happy.
