I can not thank the whole team at Rayments enough for helping me out today. I was completely out of options and left with a car I wasn't able to drive and backed into a corner by the garage I purchased it from. From the first phone call to Rayments, the lady on the phone was so empathetic and caring - I could tell she genuinely wanted to help. They were able to fit me in for a quick diagnostics and documentation within 20 minutes of the call. On arriving, the technicians were all incredibly friendly, and talked to me at length by giving advice and their own personal recommendations. I can honestly say I will use Rayments for all of my future MOT'S, services, and repairs. I went in very tearful, vulnerable, and scared, but left reassured, advised, and very happy. Thank you all so much, and see you all again very soon!

We had an issue with our Volvo shuddering under braking. After taking it to several garages — including the main Volvo service center in Cambridge — and spending a considerable amount of money, no one seemed able to diagnose the problem. A friend recommended Rayments, and I have to say, the whole experience was miles better.
Right from the start, we were asked to take the car out with a technician to demonstrate the fault — something none of the other garages had done. After a diagnostic, we were given clear, informative advice about what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it.
Shawn and his team are absolutely top-notch — a truly professional operation all around — and, most importantly, they actually fixed our car! I can’t recommend these guys highly enough and certainly won’t be going anywhere else in the future.

Rayment's were very honest about finding issues with the vehicle and definitely knew their stuff. They also helped break down in laymen's terms the situation. I decided to go through with the repair and was allowed to keep a courtesy car until the work was done.
